The Structure That Holds You
1 x 90-minute kickoff session to share your story, set intentions, and name what’s ready to be released
2 x 60-minute sessions/month for deconstructing inherited beliefs, co-creating rituals, and integrating truth
Custom rituals, journaling prompts, or spellwork based on what your energy field needs—not some cookie-cutter plan
Voxer support (Mon–Fri, 10–3 ET) — you’ll have access to me during weekday office hours to share, process, ask, or receive reflection between sessions
Resource bundle — Journal prompts, notes, custom meditations, or kit recommendations sent as needed to support your path
During your sessions we may:
Map the energetic root of a recurring fear or reaction
Reframe internalized beliefs that still feel like spiritual law
Co-create rituals for releasing guilt, fear, or inherited obligation
